Hello! How are you? How has your weekend been? I’ve had a very relaxing one after a hectic week. I was lucky enough to get a gift voucher for a gorgeous facialist for Christmas and I’d booked to go on Saturday, so I very much enjoyed that! I’m a huge believer in the fact that self-care is far more than bubble baths and spa trips - but I do love a bit of pampering as a treat.
I’m back with the second episode of the podcast (thanks for all the lovely messages about episode one!) and this time I’m sharing the 5 lessons I’ve learnt about confidence from my own life, as well as my experience of working with many clients around building self belief and self trust.
Regardless of what people come to coaching for - the theme of self trust and inner confidence will no doubt feature along the way.
Sadly, there isn’t a magic wand - it’s something that is cultivated slowly, gently and powerfully (like all the best things in life!) - but this episode will give you a heads up on the most important five lessons I’ve learnt along the way.
