Hello - how are you doing? I hope you’ve had a good weekend…I did parkrun yesterday morning, then met up with a friend for a coffee, walk and a potter around the shops, which was lovely. What about you?

This episode of the podcast is a bit of an overview of the nervous system and how it fits into burnout and female hormones. There’s a LOT more I could share on this topic - as it forms the basis of a lot of my work, either implicitly or explicity, depending on the context - and I find it fascinating.
