Hello! I hope you’re doing ok! I’ve had a relatively quiet week compared to the last couple of weeks, which was just what I needed after a very busy February! I’ve been getting prepared for the community menopause afternoon that I’m hosting later on in March (you can find out more here if you’re interested!) On Thursday afternoon I went for the most beautiful run along the river in the sunshine - it feels like Spring is definitely nearly here!
And I’ve got another podcast episode for you this week. If you’ve ever found yourself on the brink of burnout—pushing through stress and fatigue, crashing, recovering just enough, perhaps with a much needed holiday or a slightly easier week - and then doing it all over again - then this episode is for you!
Because rest or just doing less isn’t the complete answer to burnout. And while rest, of course, is important (and lots of us could probably do with embracing it a little more than we currently do) - rest alone isn’t what will help you to find the energy, ease and calm confidence in yourself that you’re looking for.
So this week, I’m sharing five key areas that can help you shift from survival mode into a more energised, fulfilling way of working and living that will allow you to move beyond burnout.
This isn’t about quick fixes or over simplified solutions. It’s about being bold and doing things differently to how you’ve done them before—so you can break the burnout cycle and find another way - that supports you to feel your best.
I’d love to hear which of the 5 areas I share resonate with you most? You can share in the comments, or hit reply to respond to me directly.
Have a fantastic week and take care,
Rachael x
