I’m so happy you’re here!
The Burnout Revolution is a space that welcomes the desire that so many of us share to live and work in a way that offers more than the default status quo of hustle, exhaustion, and self-doubt - and instead allows us to step into our own inner confidence, nurture our wellbeing and live, work and lead in a way that supports us to thrive.
My coaching work highlights the transformative power of embracing a different approach to success—whatever that looks like for you - and I want this space to reflect that.
And this isn’t just about personal anecdotes or pseudoscience. There’s a wealth of research and evidence supporting the real, tangible benefits of the elements I believe are essential to avoiding burnout and imposter syndrome, and to thriving in life, work, and leadership. These include—though aren’t limited to—compassion, joy, self-belief, and career wellbeing.
But here’s the thing: we’re going to need a revolution for this approach to become the norm rather than the exception. That’s where The Burnout Revolution comes in.

Outside of my coaching work - I work privately as a GP and (peri)menopause specialist at Rowena Health, seeing patients remotely by videolink. I offer individualised and evidence based care that supports hormonal health.
